Robert Miles Junior School

Personal Development

At Robert Miles Junior School we know that academic success forms only a part of developing the whole child. In order for a child to grow and flourish, fostering relationships, developing emotional literacy and understanding overall wellbeing are key foundations to a happy, successful adulthood.

Children’s social, emotional and academic experiences guide them as individuals and contribute to their knowledge and understanding of themselves and the world around them. We have a responsibility to shape this journey, provide the right opportunities and guiding principles to develop the whole child as they move confidently through our school.
